About Heather

I know how much you hold.

If you’re a service-based business owner, your work often asks you to show up fully for others. You may work directly with clients, manage long-term relationships, lead a small team, or run a practice built on trust, consistency, and care. Your work requires presence and responsibility. Managing the finances can feel like one more full-time job layered on top of everything else.

My role is to help carry that responsibility.

I’m a bookkeeper who supports service-oriented, care-based, and creative businesses by bringing clarity and accuracy to their financial systems. I work with people whose businesses are built on serving others, whether through care, creativity, skilled services, or professional expertise. I take care of the books so you can stay focused on your clients and grow your business with confidence.

My background

I’ve spent much of my professional life working inside care-centered organizations, including behavioral health services, wellness practices, and a nonprofit animal rescue. In these roles, I supported leaders and practitioners by managing operational and financial systems behind the scenes.

My experience includes managing accounts receivable and payable, payroll, supporting billing and day-to-day bookkeeping, building and maintaining systems, and providing full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online. I’ve worked closely with directors, administrators, and care providers during periods of growth, transition, and ongoing operations.

These experiences shape how I work today: steady, detail-oriented, and mindful of the care, energy, and responsibility that service-based work requires.
